Multi-functional filter - wn type (with hexagonal wire mesh)

As slope protection in steep and cold areas! We promise to restore the natural environment and provide high-quality greening.

This product is a filter that can be used for slope protection in areas with uneven terrain, concerns about small rockfalls, steep slopes, and cold regions, thanks to the effects of the conventional "multi-functional filter" and the reinforcement effect of the hexagonal wire mesh. The non-woven fabric, referred to as "web," prevents erosion caused by rainfall, snowmelt, and frost heave, while also not producing turbid water. Additionally, it allows for seed design primarily based on native plants (woody plants), enabling the early restoration of a natural landscape. 【Features】 - Stops the movement of soil particles on slopes, eliminating the need for rapid greening by invasive plants. - Produced as standardized products in a factory, ensuring stable quality and shortened construction periods. - Easy on-site construction and quality control. - Prevents erosion caused by rainfall, snowmelt, and frost heave while not producing turbid water. - Fixed with hexagonal wire mesh, making it adaptable to the unevenness of slopes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Case Example] Natural Vegetation (Soil Conservation)

Adopted for the purpose of protecting granite soil slopes, which are easily erosed. A case of protecting the slopes around the sediment control dam.

This is a case where our Erosion Control Mat was used to protect the slopes around a sediment control dam. Since there was a desire for landscape restoration by local vegetation, the 'Type SP' was selected. In areas with gentle slopes, it was anticipated that the large surface area would catch rainfall, causing rainwater to accumulate and flow down, which raised concerns about erosion, so it was installed accordingly. [Case Overview] ■ Installation Location: Hiroshima Prefecture ■ Product Used: Erosion Control Mat "Type SP-45" ■ Installation Details - Adopted to protect the easily eroded sandy soil (decomposed granite soil) slopes - Installed in conjunction due to increased concerns about erosion even in gentle slope areas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Example] Steep Slope (Combined with Restraint Method)

A case study where full-scale greening was successfully achieved while preventing erosion through the combination with stabilization works

We would like to introduce a case where our Erosion Control Mat was used for slope protection on a steep gradient. The construction site adopted a method combining stabilization works to ensure the steep slope protection. Although it is a steep gradient (1:5), the area, including around the pressure plates, has achieved full greening without causing erosion or other issues. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Location: Fukui Prefecture ■ Product Used: Erosion Control Mat "Type MF-45R-10wn" ■ Construction Details - Adopted while ensuring slope stability by stabilization works - Achieved full greening without causing erosion or other issues, including around the pressure plates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Natural Invasion Promotion Method

Method of Erosion Control Mat combined with Reinforcement Net, fertilizers and soil conditioners attached (no plant seeds attached)

We would like to introduce a case where our Erosion Control Mats were used for disaster recovery work. The construction site is located within a natural park, and since there was a desire for environmental restoration by local plants, we chose to implement a natural invasion promotion method. Seeds were not attached to the product; only fertilizers and soil conditioners were used. Since vegetation takes time to establish, the method using our mats, which can exert erosion prevention effect by themselves immediately after installation, was adopted. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Location: Kumamoto Prefecture ■ Construction Product: MF-45R-5・10・30 (without seeds) used in combination with Reinforcement Nets. ■ Construction Details - Chosen to promote environmental restoration by local plants, we selected the natural invasion promotion method. - Seeds were not attached to the mats; only fertilizers and soil conditioners were used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
